The Deputy Manager Employee Engagement will be responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating employee engagement programs that foster a positive work workplace, improve employee satisfaction, and strengthen organizational culture. The role requires close collaboration with HR, business leaders, and employees to create meaningful engagement experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement employee engagement strategies aligned with business objectives.
Plan and execute employee events, celebrations, wellness initiatives, cultural programs, and recognition activities.
Drive employee recognition and rewards programs to promote appreciation and motivation.
Conduct employee engagement surveys, analyze feedback, and recommend action plans.
Collaborate with leadership to improve employee experience across the employee lifecycle.
Lead communication initiatives that enhance transparency and employee participation.
Manage onboarding engagement activities for recent hires to ensure a positive joining experience.
Coordinate CSR, volunteering, and community engagement initiatives.
Partner with cross-functional teams to organize town halls, leadership connect sessions, and team-building activities.
Track engagement metrics, prepare reports, and present insights to management.
Identify creative practices and industry trends to continuously enhance employee engagement.
Support change management initiatives by promoting employee involvement and effective communication.
