Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Engineer with 4+ years of experience in software testing to ensure the quality and reliability of enterprise applications, including AI-powered solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, experience in manual and automated testing, and a passion for delivering high-quality software.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
4+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance or software testing within an enterprise setting.
Hands-on experience in writing and executing test cases and test scripts.
Experience with Playwright for web application test automation.
Exposure to automation scripting using Python and test automation frameworks is preferred.
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 (M365) applications and an interest in AI products, with a willingness to learn AI/model-testing concepts.
Robust attention to detail with the ability to produce clear, accurate, and consistent test documentation.
Experience using defect tracking and test management tools such as Jira.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, rapid-paced environment.
