Role & responsibilities :
Provide day-to-day support, maintenance, and enhancement of SAP SD modules for the clients business operations.
Analyse, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents and service requests related to SAP SD processes (Order to Cash, Billing, Pricing, Credit Management, etc.).
Work extensively with system interfaces, including integration with third-party applications and internal SAP modules.
Collect and document comprehensive business requirements from stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives.
Create detailed Functional Specifications for enhancements and current developments, ensuring clarity and completeness.
Collaborate closely with the development team to deliver RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows) objects, overseeing the development lifecycle and ensuring timely delivery.
Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
Configure SAP SD settings and perform necessary changes as per the business requirements and approved change management processes.
