Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
Ability to implement quality control systems.
Utilize AutoCAD software to produce detailed drawings, layouts, and plans according to project requirements.
Interpret and analyze sketches, technical drawings, and specifications to create accurate and exact drafts.
Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other team members to ensure drawings meet design standards and project objectives.
Review and revise drawings based on feedback and changes throughout the design process.
Maintain organized files and documentation for all drafting projects to ensure accessibility and traceability.
Work with the project engineer to enable delivery of major projects.
Participate in resource management meetings.
Attends interdisciplinary coordination meetings as when required.
Ability to supervise and manage a team of technicians and train junior technicians.





Qualifications:

Mandatory Requirements:
Proficiency in AutoCAD software, including experience with 2D drafting and detailing of RCC buildings in REVIT.
Ability to read and understand other discipline drawings (Arch + MEP + Faade, etc.)
