dedicated Customer Support Executive to ensure a smooth and positive experien for our customers.

About the Role

We are looking for a friendly, responsible, and customer-focused Customer Support Internship who can

handle customer queries efficiently and maintain a positive brand experience. You will be the first

point of contact for customers and help resolve their concerns related to orders, products, and

services.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries via calls, WhatsApp, social media, and email.





• Assist customers with order status, product details, returns, exchanges, and refunds.

• Resolve customer complaints in a skilled and timely manner.

• Coordinate with the operations and warehouse teams for order-related issues.

• Maintain records of customer interactions and follow up when required.

• Ensure a positive and helpful experience for every customer interaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Valuable communication skills in Hindi & English.

• Basic knowledge of customer handling and problem-solving.

• Ability to remain calm and polite while handling customer concerns.

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with WhatsApp, email, and Excel.

• Responsible, patient, and customer-oriented mindset.

• Ability to work from office and manage daily support tasks.
