About the Role: Wood Capital Advisory Pvt Ltd is looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Telesales Executives for Loan Sales. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, convincing ability, and a passion for achieving sales targets.
Job ResponsibilitiesHandle outbound and inbound sales calls professionally
Explain loan products and services to customers
Generate leads and convert them into successful sales
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan solutions
Maintain proper follow-ups with interested customers
Achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals
Maintain customer database and update CRM records
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing of applications
Eligibility CriteriaMinimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in telesales, loan sales, banking, insurance, or financial services preferred
Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply
Positive communication and convincing skills in Hindi (English knowledge will be an added advantage)
Basic computer knowledge required
Target-oriented and self-motivated candidate preferred
Salary & Incentives: Salary: ₹12,000 to ₹22,000 per month
Performance Incentive: Up to ₹10,000 monthly incentive based on performance and target achievement
