Responsibilities
Attend and manage incoming client calls and support requests.
Understand client concerns, issues, and feature requests related to the Kraya platform.
Gather complete information about reported problems and document them clearly.
Coordinate with product, engineering, and implementation teams to communicate client issues.
Track the status of reported bugs and requests and follow up with internal teams.
Provide regular updates to clients regarding issue resolution and progress.
Maintain records of client interactions, issues, and feedback.
Identify recurring issues and help improve support processes.
Assist clients in understanding platform features and workflows.
Escalate critical issues to the appropriate teams when required.

Requirements
Solid listening and interpersonal skills.




Ability to communicate professionally with business stakeholders.
Solid organizational and follow-up skills.
Basic understanding of software products and web applications.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and standard office tools.
Ability to learn procurement and business workflows.
Prior experience in support, operations, client-facing, or coordination roles is a plus.
Experience working with SaaS products is preferred but not mandatory.
