Educational QualificationB.Tech /BE with a specialization in Civil Engineering or MBARelevant Experience3 - 7 years exp in Real Estate in customer careKey Behaviours

Knowledge of customer service principles and practices

Roles and Responsibilities:1. Operations
Site Visits and Customer Care:
Coordinating site visits for customer.
Understand products and effectively communicate product details to customers.
Customer Communication: Respond to customer communications regarding customizations promptly and effectively.
Unit Inspections and Snag List Creation:
Attend unit inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
Create snag lists for every unit before handing it over to customers.
Coordination with Departments:
Coordinate with interdepartmental teams including Projects, APMS, and PMC to complete the work and ensure smooth execution.
Reporting:
Report directly to the Site Manager regarding project progress and any issues encountered during the process.
Customer Relationship
Maintaining all customers relationships to ensure Aparna is a priority choice.
