Job Description – RO Plant Technician

Location: Chennai

Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month + Petrol Allowance

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated RO Plant Technician to install, service, troubleshoot, and maintain commercial and industrial Reverse Osmosis (RO) water treatment systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with RO plants and a strong understanding of water treatment equipment.

Key Responsibilities
Install, commission, and maintain commercial and industrial RO plants.
Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, and plumbing issues in RO systems.
Perform preventive maintenance and emergency breakdown services.
Replace RO membranes, filters, pumps, valves, dosing systems, and other components.
Monitor water quality parameters such as TDS, pH, pressure, and flow rate.
Maintain accurate service reports and customer visit records.
Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding system operation and maintenance.




Ensure all work is completed in compliance with company safety and quality standards.
Coordinate with the service team and report daily activities to the Service Manager.

Eligibility
ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or a related technical field.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in RO plant installation and maintenance.
Valuable knowledge of commercial and industrial water treatment systems.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Valid two-wheeler driving license and willingness to travel within Chennai.
Positive communication and customer service skills.
