Role & Responsibilities
Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
Scale campaigns while maintaining solid ROAS and efficient CPA.
Conduct audience research, A/B testing, creative testing, and campaign optimization.
Analyze campaign performance and prepare actionable reports.
Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to achieve business objectives.

Preferred Candidate Profile

We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing qualified with a proven track record of managing large-scale Meta advertising campaigns.

Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in Performance Marketing or Paid Media.
Candidates must have personally managed Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising budgets of USD 10,000 or more per month.
This is a mandatory requirement. Applications that do not meet this requirement will not be considered.
Robust hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, audience targeting, campaign optimization, and performance analysis.
Experience managing Lead Generation and/or eCommerce campaigns.
