Job Summery :

We are seeking an experienced and target-oriented Real Estate Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive residential/commercial property sales. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing client relationships, mentoring the sales team, and ensuring a seamless sales process from lead generation to deal closure.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and manage the real estate sales team.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
Generate and manage leads through digital platforms, channel partners, referrals, and direct marketing.
Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site visits.
Build and maintain robust relationships with prospective buyers, investors, and channel partners.
Monitor the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up on all leads.
Negotiate pricing and close high-value property deals.
Recruit, train, and mentor sales executives to improve performance.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
Coordinate with the marketing, CRM, legal, and finance teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and documentation.




Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
