Roles and Responsibilities
Conduct internal audits, statutory audits, process audits, and risk-based audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Develop and implement effective audit plans to achieve business objectives while ensuring adherence to industry standards (e.g., ISA).
Identify areas of improvement in internal controls, processes, and operations through thorough reviews and analysis.
Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments (e.g., finance, operations) to gather information, provide recommendations, and track progress towards implementation.
Provide expert guidance on general insurance matters related to claims processing, underwriting.
