Role & responsibilities
Manage the operation and maintenance of electrical and mechanical systems.
Ensure smooth functioning of HVAC systems, chillers, AHUs, and ventilation systems.
Monitor and maintain HT & LT panels, transformers, DG sets, and electrical distribution systems.
Troubleshoot electrical faults and perform preventive and breakdown maintenance.
Hands-on knowledge of Star-Delta starters and control wiring.
Oversee the operation and maintenance of the WTP (Water Treatment Plant).
Coordinate with technicians, vendors, and contractors for maintenance activities.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and statutory regulations.
Maintain maintenance records, reports, and documentation.
Support the Facility Manager in daily operations and client coordination.
Preferred candidate profile
6- 8 years of experience in Facility Management.
Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
Solid knowledge of Electrical Systems
HVAC & Chiller Operations
HT/LT Panels
Transformers
Star-Delta Control Wiring
WTP (Water Treatment Plant)
Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance
