Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated US IT Recruiter with experience in end-to-end recruitment for the US market. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring, strong sourcing skills, and the ability to work on technical requirements while meeting client SLAs.

Key Responsibilities
Handle the complete US IT recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to candidate onboarding.
Source candidates through job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, and Indeed.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' technical and communication skills.
Work on W2, C2C, and 1099 requirements across various technologies.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Negotiate compensation and extend offers to selected candidates.
Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS and VMS portals.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals.
Ensure timely closure of positions while meeting client SLAs and quality standards.
Maintain solid relationships with candidates, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

Required Skills




15 years of US IT recruitment experience.
Solid understanding of the US staffing process.
Experience working on W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring models.
Hands-on experience with ATS and VMS tools.
Proficiency in sourcing through Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other job portals.
Good understanding of IT technologies such as Java, .NET, DevOps, Cloud, Data Engineering, SAP, Salesforce, AI/ML, Cybersecurity, etc.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in US shifts.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Experience supporting BFSI, Healthcare, Telecom, or Product-based clients is an added advantage.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven setting.
