Role & responsibilities

We have an exciting prospect for the position of Lead AI Products & Platform Engineering based in Pune.

Key Responsibilities:
Define and execute the AI product roadmap.
Lead the design and development of enterprise AI platforms.
Build AI solutions for Drug Discovery, Clinical Trials, Regulatory Intelligence, Medical Writing, Medical Literature Intelligence, and Pharmacovigilance.
Lead AI/ML engineering teams and establish engineering best practices.
Drive cloud-native AI deployment, DevOps, and MLOps initiatives.
Ensure scalable, secure, and high-performance AI platform delivery.

Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, Multimodal AI, RAG, AI Agents
Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, Computer Vision
Python, Java, SQL
TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, LangChain, LlamaIndex
AWS, Azure, GCP
Docker, Kubernetes,



MLflow, Kubeflow
Snowflake, Databricks, Spark, Kafka, Neo4j
Robust understanding of the pharmaceutical and healthcare domain, including Drug Discovery, Clinical Development, Pharmacovigilance, and Regulatory Affairs.

Preferred candidate profile

Master's or Ph.D. in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Data Science, Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, or a related field.
68 years of experience in AI, ML, Data Science, or AI Product Engineering.
Experience building enterprise AI products for pharmaceutical or healthcare organizations.
