Ensure achievement of daily capacity utilisation, increase plant and machinery uptime and optimisation of different plant parameters. Under Guidance of the Plant Head planning revenue/capital expenditure. Provide engineering support (Up gradation of facilities, provide tooling, fixtures to assembly section for recent product) to ensure optimum utilisation of resources. To reduce Unsafe acts and conditions drives the implementation and strict adherence of the different HSE system, internal and external audit compliances. Drives business excellence programs in areas process developments, Cost reduction under Continuous Improvements project,
Projects on PLH reduction, Project on Fatigue reduction, Cycle time reduction and Work content reduction projects under CGPS drive, Initiative in new process and tooling development for recent product.
Necessary Functional Skills required for this job:-
Analytical skill for Planning.
Process costing at vendor end.
Positive hand over PPT, Excel, and word.
Good communication and presentation skill in English, Hindi, Marathi.
Problem solving approach.
Line balancing, in depth knowledge of the machines and technology, Costing Budgeting.
