Role & responsibilities
Develop & Implement Quality Policy & Procedure to ensure that all the products & services meets the required quality standards.
Develop and implement methods for tracking and reporting quality control metrics to senior management & stakeholders.
Work with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in the quality control process and implement measures to address these issues.
Develop and implement training programs for employees to ensure that they are familiar with quality control policies and procedures.
Manage a team of quality control specialists, providing guidance, coaching, and support as needed.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all quality control issues are addressed in a timely and effective manner.
To handle quality issue-including Non-conformity, analysing the data, carrying out root cause analysis, CAPA, etc.
Lead Activities and output of Metallurgy lab, sand testing lab and chemistry lab.
To perform product & Process Audit independently.
To handle Internal Customer complaint-Tracking, recording & Closure.
To evaluate methods of Inspection, Use of Instrument according to Engineering Drawing.
Produces detailed Risk Assessments and Safe Systems of Work procedures
Maintaining 5S, Safety and Setting of the shop and surrounding.
Drive for Cutting-edge and continuous improvement.
Preferred candidate profile
In-depth knowledge of quality control methodologies, tools, and techniques.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret and present data effectively.
Excellent communication and Presentation skills.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Knowledge of 5 core tools & 7QC Tools.
Environment, 5S and TPM in shop floor.
Ability to identify & address issues & Conduct Process & Product Audit.
Cost and Quality Consciousness.
