Role & responsibilities
Manage tendering activities through various government and private portals.
Handle the complete GeM Portal process, including product listing, bid participation, order processing, and compliance.
Prepare and submit technical and commercial bids.
Generate and follow up on customer quotations.
Coordinate with the sales, service, and accounts teams for order execution.
Maintain accurate sales documentation and records.
Follow up with customers for quotations, purchase orders, and payment status.
Ensure timely submission of all required documents and compliance with tender requirements.
Preferred candidate profile
From Technical or Engineering Pharma background
