Role & responsibilities
Edit high-quality videos for YouTube, social media, websites, digital campaigns, and internal communications.
Edit multi-camera footage, including podcasts, interviews, webinars, panel discussions, and event recordings, ensuring smooth transitions and qualified synchronization.
Create engaging promotional videos, advertisements, educational content, testimonials, reels, and short-form videos.
Add motion graphics, animations, transitions, lower thirds, subtitles, and visual effects to enhance viewer engagement.
Perform color correction, color grading, audio balancing, noise reduction, and sound synchronization.
Collaborate with the Marketing, Content, and Design teams to understand creative requirements and deliver content aligned with brand guidelines.
Organize and maintain video assets, project files, and media libraries for effective workflow.
Optimize videos for different platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
Stay updated with the latest editing techniques, trends,



AI-powered editing tools, and platform-specific best practices.

Preferred candidate profile
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Video Editing, Multimedia, Mass Communication, Animation, or a related field.
25 years of hands-on experience in professional video editing.
Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
Hands-on experience editing multi-camera videos, including podcasts, interviews, talk shows, and event recordings.
Robust understanding of motion graphics, typography, pacing, storytelling, and visual composition.
Knowledge of color correction, color grading, audio editing, and video compression techniques.
Experience creating both long-form and short-form digital content.
Ability to work under deadlines while maintaining high creative standards.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
