Job Title: Power Platform Production Analyst

Role Summary

Power Platform Production Analyst is responsible for ensuring the secure, secure, and compliant operation of Microsoft Power Platform and Azure solutions. The role focuses on platform governance, monitoring, incident management, troubleshooting, and operational support across low-code and cloud-native environments.

Key Responsibilities
Enforce Power Platform governance and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies.
Monitor the health and performance of Power Platform and Azure solutions.
Troubleshoot Azure services, APIs, integrations, and messaging components.
Support deployments and operations through GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
Perform root cause analysis and resolve incidents across distributed systems.
Communicate incidents, business impact, and resolution updates to stakeholders.




Ensure compliance with governance, security, and operational standards.

Required Skills & Experience
Experience administering Microsoft Power Platform (DLP, governance, monitoring).
Working knowledge of Azure services, including Functions, App Services, APIs, and Service Bus.
Experience with Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Log Analytics, and KQL.
Understanding of REST APIs, JSON, OAuth, Managed Identity, and Azure RBAC.
Experience supporting GitLab CI/CD pipelines and release management.
Robust troubleshooting, analytical, and stakeholder communication skills.
Knowledge of governance, risk, and control practices in regulated settings.
