Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Resolve customer queries through calls and chat.
Build robust relationships with customers and ensure a delightful customer experience.
Recommend suitable pet care products and services based on customer needs.
Maintain accurate customer records and coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.
Preferred candidate profile
Fluency in both Hindi and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
