Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead, supervise and motivate store team to achieve business goals
Maintain positive work setting among store team
Co-ordinate effectively with Purchase, Warehouse, HR and other departments
Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving customer concerns promptly and ensure superior shopping experience at all time.
Manage inventory efficiently by minimizing damages, minimizing stock-outs, maintaining stock accuracy.
Manage sales performance, analyze business trends and implement action plan to achieve sales targets and growth
Identify operational challenges and resolve day-to-day issues properly.
Ensure proper product merchandizing, pricing accuracy, and promotional activities
Utilize POS/ retail software for store operations, product movement, reporting, billing etc
Ensure compliance with company policies, FSSAI standards and other standard operating procedures.
