The Field Technician is responsible for installation, preventive maintenance, servicing, troubleshooting, repair, and filter replacement of RO water purifiers at customer locations while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining safety and quality standards.
Roles & Responsibilities·
Install RO water purifiers.
· Perform preventive maintenance.
· Replace filters and membranes.
· Diagnose and repair purifier faults.
· Attend assigned service calls on time.
· Educate customers on basic usage.
· Maintain service records.
· Coordinate with operations team.
· Take care of tools and spare parts.
· Follow safety standards.
· Collect customer feedback.
