Office Timings: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM

Experience: 1–2 Years (Events & Exhibitions Industry Preferred)

Salary: ₹18,000–₹25,000 per month + Performance Incentives

Role Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Business Development Executive to generate recent business prospects and build long-term client relationships within the events and exhibitions industry. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B sales, client acquisition, and business development, with a passion for delivering creative event solutions.

Key Responsibilities:




Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research.
Acquire recent corporate clients for events, exhibitions, experiential marketing, and brand activation projects.
Understand client requirements and recommend customized event solutions.
Schedule client meetings and deliver business presentations.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial offers in coordination with internal teams.
Follow up with prospective clients and negotiate commercial terms.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Maintain strong client relationships to generate repeat business.
Update CRM with lead status, sales activities, and client interactions.
Coordinate with operations and project teams for smooth project execution.

Educational Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.
