Sourcing and Acquisition: Generate recent home loan leads through open markets, bank branches, builders, and Direct Selling Agents (DSAs).
Client Consultation: Explain home loan products, interest rates, eligibility terms, and repayment options to customers.
Credit Evaluation: Collect and verify financial documents (income proofs, property papers, tax returns) to assess creditworthiness.
Processing and Coordination: Track loan files from login through credit underwriting and final disbursement.
Cross-Selling: Promote related financial items such as home insurance, credit cards, or lifePreferred candidate profile
