Job DescriptionWe are hiring for an International Voice Process – Customer Support role with a leading global BPO company in Kochi.

The candidate will handle international customer calls, understand customer concerns, provide accurate solutions, and maintain professional communication.
ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound international customer calls.
Understand customer queries and provide suitable solutions.
Maintain polite, transparent, and customer-focused communication.
Update customer interaction details in the system.
Follow quality,



productivity, and compliance guidelines.
Escalate unresolved concerns to the appropriate team.
Maintain attendance and shift adherence.
RequirementsGood spoken English and listening skills.
Explicit pronunciation and basic grammar.
Confident in handling continuous customer calls.
Good customer-handling and problem-solving ability.
Comfortable with rotational and night shifts.
Ready to relocate to Kochi and work from the office.
Hindi or Tamil communication will be an added advantage.
