Key Responsibilities
Manage the onboarding and implementation of assigned residential societies.
Build and maintain relationships with RWAs, MC members, and residents.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
Resolve client queries and escalate issues when required.
Conduct onboarding meetings and ensure timely implementation.
Achieve assigned onboarding targets while delivering a excellent customer experience.
Candidate Profile
Graduate in any discipline.
0–5 years of experience (Freshers can apply).
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office.
Fluent in English and Hindi; regional language is a plus.
Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
Comfortable working on weekends with a rotational week off.
