Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end store operations, ensuring smooth inbound and outbound activities.

Handle last-mile delivery operations and ensure timely order dispatch.

Oversee dark store operations, ensuring operational efficiency and adherence to SOPs.

Manage inventory, including stock reconciliation, cycle counts, and maintaining inventory accuracy.

Coordinate rider onboarding, documentation, training, and daily rider management.

Ensure optimal rider availability to meet delivery SLAs.

Monitor store productivity and implement process improvements to enhance operational performance.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and ensure seamless execution.

Maintain operational records, reports, and compliance with company policies.

Ensure high standards of safety, housekeeping, and store discipline.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

16 years of experience in logistics, e-commerce, or supply chain operations.

Hands-on experience in:

Last Mile Operations

Dark Store Operations

Inventory Management

Rider Onboarding & Management





Robust understanding of Gurugram's geographical locations, routes, and pin codes.

Positive knowledge of warehouse/store operations and inventory control.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel and operational reporting is preferred.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Experience in logistics, quick commerce, e-commerce, or hyperlocal delivery operations.

Ability to manage multiple operational activities simultaneously.

Strong ownership mindset with excellent team management skills.

Familiarity with operational KPIs such as TAT, SLA, rider productivity, and inventory accuracy.
