Job responsibilities
Plan and monitor daily last-mile deliveries.
Assign delivery routes to delivery associates/riders.
Ensure on-time delivery of shipments.
Track delivery performance and resolve delays.
Coordinate with delivery partners and hub teams.
Handle customer escalations related to deliveries.
Monitor failed deliveries, RTO (Return to Origin), and reattempts.
Maintain accurate delivery records and MIS reports.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs and safety guidelines.
Manage delivery executives' attendance, productivity, and performance.
Optimize routes to reduce delivery time and cost.
Work closely with operations, warehouse, and customer support teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
