The primary responsibilities of the role are as follows:
Manage every aspect related to Patients right from the patients' entry into the clinic, to their exit.
Interact with & Counsel Patients.
Handle Patients' grievances/complaints/issues, and escalate it through the right channel, whenever needed.
Create, maintain, & update Patients database on a regular basis.
Productive management of the Front Desk.
Handle the clinic team, comprising of Aesthetic technician(s), PSE(s) & Accounts Executive(s).
Multitask to ensure smooth clinic functioning.
Maintain the desired hygiene & cleanliness standards of the clinic, and ensure the overall upkeep of the clinic
