Job Responsibilities
Recruit, train and manage a team of sales specialists/advisors.
Drive business growth through sales planning and execution.
Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
Develop and maintain relationships with customers and channel partners.
Conduct field visits, joint calls and team coaching activities.
Monitor team performance and ensure productivity standards are met.
Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management.

Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline.




Experience in BFSI Sales, Insurance, Banking, NBFC, Broking or Financial Products.
Team handling experience preferred.
Robust communication, leadership and relationship management skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated candidate.
