About the Role

We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Business Development professionals to expand our Contractual Staffing business across Delhi NCR, Mumbai, and Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B sales within the staffing industry and a proven track record of acquiring current clients and generating staffing business.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire recent clients for Contract Staffing, Payroll Outsourcing, and Workforce Management services.
Generate business through cold calling, networking, references, LinkedIn, and client meetings.
Build and maintain strong relationships with HR, Procurement, and Business Heads.
Understand client manpower requirements and propose suitable staffing solutions.
Prepare commercial proposals, presentations, and staffing agreements.
Negotiate commercial terms and close recent business opportunities.
Coordinate with recruitment and operations teams for timely fulfillment of client requirements.




Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and maintain long-term business relationships.
Generate repeat business and identify opportunities for cross-selling HR solutions.
Maintain CRM records, sales pipeline, and submit weekly/monthly business reports.
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and client acquisition targets.

Required Qualifications
Graduate or MBA (Marketing/HR preferred).
2 - 8 years of experience in Contract Staffing or Recruitment Sales.
Strong knowledge of temporary staffing, payroll management, statutory compliance, and workforce solutions.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Robust networking and relationship management abilities.
Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings.

Preferred Industry Experience

Candidates with experience in staffing firms will be preferred.
