The role focuses on increasing production efficiency, reducing downtime, improving product quality, and supporting smart manufacturing initiatives through robotics, PLCs, industrial software, and process optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Handle Green Field projects from Concept till implementation.
Production process Design
Automation Concept Design & implement manufacturing automation systems for production lines
Prepare technical documentation, SOPs, and engineering reports
Evaluation & selection of Automation Vendor
Equipment validation at vendor end.
Lead Installation & commissioning & qualification of Equipment at factory.
Improve manufacturing efficiency, cycle time, and equipment reliability.
Continuous process improvement.
Collaborate with production, quality, maintenance, and design teams
Train operators and technicians on automated systems
Required Skills
Technical Skills
Should have worked in highly automated setting consist of conveyor system, vision systems & Robotic.
Industrial Robotics and Motion control
Able to understand Pneumatics and Hydraulics circuits & Trouble shoot the same.
Should have Knowledge in Conveyor Systems, Lifters, Transfer Tables.
Knowledge in Industrial Motors, Servo Motors, Servo Drives.
Troubleshooting and problem-solving.
Familiar in CAD, SPC & SOLID works
