Accountabilities:

Requirements:

- Experience in service operations, administrative support, or a related operational role.

- Robust customer service orientation with the ability to manage requests professionally and efficiently.

- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in data management and process execution.

- Good computer skills with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.

- Ability to follow structured procedures while identifying opportunities to improve workflows.

- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly and maintain data privacy standards.
