Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to oversee day-to-day accounting operations, ensure statutory compliance, and maintain accurate financial records. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in corporate accounting, hands-on experience with Tally Prime and Zoho Books, and knowledge in GST and TDS compliance, account reconciliations, and financial reporting. This role requires advanced Excel skills, excellent analytical abilities, and the capability to manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and month-end closing activities while ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards and tax regulations.

Required Skills
Software: Proficiency in Tally Prime and Zoho Books / Zoho Accounting and ms office
Reconciliation: Hands-on experience in Accounts Reconciliation.
Taxation: Knowledge of TDS calculation, filing, and compliance.
Compliance: Experience in GST compliance, including filing GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B etc.
Soft Skills: Robust analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills,



along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
Perform bank, vendor, and ledger reconciliations.
Ensure timely preparation and filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and TDS returns.
Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
Maintain the general ledger and ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Assist with internal and external audits by preparing required documentation.
Prepare MIS reports and financial analysis for management.
Ensure statutory compliance with GST, TDS, and other applicable regulations.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and internal controls.
