About the Role

We are seeking a proven, commercially-driven CEO to scale a profitable Industrial IoT product company through its next phase of growth domestically and globally. The product is validated, customers are real, and revenue is growing. This role is about building the organisation, deepening market penetration, and leading through Series A and beyond.

What You Will Own

Growth & Revenue
Lead top-line growth and revenue targets.
Drive expansion within existing accounts using the land-and-expand motion.
Open new verticals and geographies South East Asia, Middle East, and the US.

Organisation Building
Scale the team from 41 to 100+ people.
Build a high-performance culture and the second layer of leadership for independent operation.

Fundraising & Investor Relations
Lead or co-lead the Series A process in partnership with the Founder.
Own the investor narrative, due diligence, and post-close reporting.
Position the company for a successful Series B.

Operational Excellence
Build repeatable systems for sales, delivery, customer success, and support.
Own P&L; accountability with a transparent path to PAT profitability.

Strategic Partnerships
Develop OEM and channel partnerships.
Multiply sales reach without proportional headcount cost.

Must-Have Requirements




12+ years of experience, with at least 5 years in Industrial IoT, predictive maintenance, condition monitoring, or related industrial technology.
Hands-on understanding of the full solution stack sensors, edge computing, cloud platforms, and AI/ML-based diagnostics.
Proven enterprise sales and deployment track record across at least three of: cement, steel, pharma, automotive, FMCG, chemicals, and water & utilities.
Experience in a quick-growing technology company comfortable with ambiguity and building while running.
Solid commercial instincts ability to read a room, close deals, and hold a P&L.;
Leadership presence that represents the company equally well to enterprise customers, channel partners, and investors.

Good to Have
Experience raising early-stage VC capital (Seed to Series B) on the founder or senior leadership side.
B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechanical, or related engineering ideally complemented by an MBA.
Exposure to international markets, particularly the US, South East Asia, or the Middle East.
Familiarity with India's industrial landscape PLI schemes, BRSR/ESG compliance, and the manufacturing capex cycle.
