Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with industries, IT companies, corporates, bulk consumers/generators, aggregators, scrap dealers, refurbishers, and recyclers.
Identify and onboard current suppliers and collection partners for e-waste, batteries, plastics, and other recyclable materials.
Generate recent business opportunities through field visits and networking.
Negotiate commercial terms with suppliers and customers.
Coordinate material pickups, transportation, and logistics until successful delivery to the processing facility.
Develop collection channels and strengthen the supplier network across the assigned region.
Work closely with operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth material movement.
Maintain regular follow-ups with suppliers and customers to ensure consistent material procurement.
Achieve sourcing and collection targets.
