Responsibilities
Attend walk-in customers professionally.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable yarn.
Handle counter sales and product display.
Prepare bills using POS/software.
Receive cash, UPI, card, and other digital payments.
Maintain stock at the counter and coordinate with the warehouse.
Keep the store clean and well-organized.
Resolve basic customer queries and provide excellent service.
Support daily sales targets.
Skills Required
Positive communication skills (Hindi; basic English preferred)
Basic computer/POS billing knowledge
Customer handling and sales skills
Basic arithmetic and cash handling
Friendly personality with a positive attitude
