Role & responsibilities
RM Planning Ensure timely availability of raw materials as per production demand.
Purchase Execution Manage PO creation, tracking, and supplier deliveries.
Supplier Management Develop and maintain effective supplier relationships.
Inventory Control – Optimize stock levels and reduce excess inventory.
MRP Management – Monitor material requirements and shortage risks.
Cost Reduction – Drive procurement savings through negotiation and sourcing.
Supplier Performance – Track QCD performance and improvement actions.
Production Support – Ensure uninterrupted material supply for manufacturing.
KPI Reporting – Maintain purchase, inventory, and supplier performance dashboards.
Supplier Development – Improve supplier capability and supply chain reliability.
Preferred candidate profile
8–11 years of experience in RM Planning, Purchase & Supplier Management in Automobile/Manufacturing industry.
MBA (Operations/Supply Chain) preferred with knowledge of SAP, MRP, inventory, and procurement processes.
Robust skills in supplier management, negotiation, cost control, and automotive supply chain.
