Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain school computers, laptops, servers, networks, and IT infrastructure.
Provide technical support to teachers, students, and administrative staff.
Install and update software, systems, and security applications.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, internet, and network-related issues.
Maintain data backups, system security, and IT records.
Support smart classrooms, CCTV systems, ERP, and other school technology.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree/diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
Solid knowledge of networking, hardware, software, and system administration.
Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.
