About the Role

Join a growing Energy & Industrial Engineering team delivering next-generation solutions for global customers across Oil & Gas, Hydrogen, Fuel Cells, Power Generation, and Energy Transition. As a Senior Supply Chain, Procurement & Cost Estimation Engineer, you will drive supplier partnerships, procurement excellence, and cost optimization for complex engineering programs.

Key Responsibilities
Lead strategic sourcing and procurement for engineered equipment and project packages.
Develop sourcing strategies and identify global suppliers.
Drive supplier qualification, RFQs, techno-commercial evaluations, and negotiations.
Develop CAPEX estimates, should-cost models, and value engineering recommendations.
Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize cost and manufacturability.
Manage supplier performance, quality, delivery, and commercial risks.
Support localization,



alternate sourcing, and cost reduction initiatives.
Present procurement recommendations to project leadership.

What We're Looking For: 10–15 years in Supply Chain, Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, or Cost Engineering within Oil & Gas, Hydrogen, Fuel Cells, Power, or EPC/EPCM.
• Experience sourcing engineered equipment and electrical systems.
• Expertise in should-cost analysis, cost estimation, and supplier negotiations.
• Solid commercial acumen and stakeholder management.

Preferred Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree in Engineering. MBA/PGDM in Supply Chain preferred. Exposure to SAP/Oracle ERP, Advanced Excel, and Power BI is desirable.
