Responsibilities
You'll primarily work on building kotlin based Android App for 1P Platform.
You'll work with the design team and turn their designs into prototypes, keeping time, usability, aesthetics, and user experience in mind.
You'll constantly review performance, quality, and responsiveness of our Android application
You'll create experiences that shape an iconic product.

You've built kotlin based Android apps before. Since your work at 1P will be focussed on the 1P Android app, performance benchmarking, and its maintenance, having similar prior experience is a big plus.
You enjoy building from scratch. Being an early hire, creating things from the ground up should excite you.
You can think about business constraints. We want our engineers to be mindful of their choices, understand users, and think about the impact of their work on the bottom line.
You are a fast learner. Our tech stack will grow with time, you need to be able to learn on the go and build solutions quickly.
You can work in teams. You can hold your ground and don't need constant oversight, but can collaborate and work with more people whenever necessary.
