The role involves managing site safety, fire compliance, documentation, and firefighting systems to ensure a protected workplace for all employees and contractors. Key Responsibilities • Implement and monitor safety procedures, PPE usage, and site safety standards. • Conduct regular site inspections, safety audits, and risk assessments. • Manage fire safety systems, fire extinguishers, hydrants, and alarms with regular maintenance. • Organize fire drills, emergency response training, and safety awareness programs. • Maintain safety compliance documents,



incident reports, and statutory registers. • Ensure legal and government compliance related to safety and fire regulations. • Investigate accidents and near-miss cases, and recommend preventive actions. • Coordinate with contractors, site engineers, and management to strengthen the safety culture.

Desired Candidate Profile • Diploma / Degree in Industrial Safety / Fire & Safety / Workplace, Health & Safety (EHS). • 2–4 years of construction / real estate safety experience is mandatory. • Knowledge of firefighting systems, safety audits, PPE, and documentation. • Solid communication and reporting skills. • Preference for candidates with Govt. approved safety certifications.
