Role Overview:
We are hiring an HR Recruiter freshers or with 1 year of experience in bulk hiring to manage BPO recruitment drives.
Handle bulk hiring for BPO roles across multiple clients.
Source candidates via job portals, references, databases, and social media.
Screen and interview candidates to ensure job fit.
Coordinate interview schedules and onboarding.
Meet daily/weekly hiring targets.
Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports
- Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in bulk hiring (BPO hiring preferred) or Freshers having excellent communication in English
Robust sourcing and screening ability.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Target-driven and adaptable to a quick-paced environment.
