What you´ll do

- Manage 3PL warehouse performance and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Lead governance meetings and performance reviews with logistics partners.
- Manage warehouse contracts, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and pricing.
- Ensure invoice validation and warehouse cost control.
- Enforce standard operating procedures and compliance requirements.
- Ensure seamless integration of warehouse systems, including SAP, WMS, and EDI.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives with third-party logistics providers.
- Manage operational risks, audits, and escalations.
- Act as the primary escalation point between internal stakeholders and logistics service providers.
- Ensure SHEQ compliance and safe warehouse operations.

What makes you a positive fit

- Minimum 5 years of warehouse operations experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with SAP WM/EWM, WMS, and EDI systems.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and SHEQ compliance.
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel, Power BI, and data analytics.




- Experience in vendor management, SLA/KPI monitoring, contract management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
