The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in analyzing marketing and content performance, developing insightful dashboards, and enabling data-driven business decisions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve reporting, data quality, and overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Analyze marketing campaigns and content performance using quantitative and qualitative data.
- Design, develop, and maintain KPI dashboards and business reports using Power BI or Tableau.
- Monitor data quality and implement data validation frameworks to ensure reporting accuracy.
- Support data governance initiatives and improve reporting processes.
- Identify process gaps and recommend optimization strategies based on data insights.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and business stakeholders to support strategic decision-making.




- Work with ETL processes and understand the complete data lifecycle for reporting and analytics.
- Present findings and recommendations to business teams through clear visualizations and reports.

Required Skills

- Strong expertise in SQL, Python/R, and Microsoft Excel.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI or Tableau.
- Experience in Marketing Analytics and Content Performance Analytics.
- Strong understanding of Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) and Statistical Analysis.
- Knowledge of Data Quality, Data Governance, and Data Validation Frameworks.
- Understanding of ETL processes and the Data Lifecycle.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Experience working with large datasets and business intelligence tools.
- Ability to translate complex data into meaningful business insights.
- Robust stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience working in fast-paced, data-driven environments.
