About the Role

Adro is hiring dynamic and goal-focused Business Development Associate to join our fast-growing operations team.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong marketing instincts, and the ability to professionally engage with vendors to ensure successful onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and connect with potential vendors and partners in assigned areas.
- Present platform features, benefits, and the registration process clearly and professionally.
- Complete vendor onboarding and documentation with accuracy.
- Coordinate with internal field teams for verification and activation.
- Achieve weekly and monthly onboarding targets.
- Maintain vendor engagement logs and follow-up for smooth activation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- MBA / BBA / Any Graduate (Marketing or Business background preferred).
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills (English, Telugu,



or Hindi).
- Strong presentation and persuasion skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / Google Sheets / CRM tools).
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and disciplined in client interactions.
- Professional behaviour and appearance when meeting vendors.
- Hyderabad local candidates preferred.
- Two-wheeler (bike) is mandatory – must be willing to travel for vendor meetings.
