Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000 per month (Based on experience)
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the dealer and distributor network in the assigned territory.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with dealers, distributors, and retailers.
- Conduct regular market visits and competitor analysis.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order execution and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare sales reports and provide market feedback.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in the Building Materials industry (Plywood, Laminates, MDF, Hardware, Paints, Tiles, Cement, Steel, Sanitaryware, etc.).
- Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
- Local candidates will be preferred.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
