Job Title: Production Supervisor

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Production Supervisor to oversee daily production activities, manage shop floor employees, and ensure targets are achieved while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and manage production employees.
- Monitor daily activities and work progress.
- Plan and allocate manpower efficiently.
- Monitor employee attendance.
- Track employee KPIs, productivity, and performance.
- Maintain records and prepare daily reports.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and company policies.
- Coordinate with HR, Quality, and Maintenance teams for smooth operations.

Requirements:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.




- 1+ years of experience as a Production Supervisor in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Positive knowledge of production processes and reporting.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications.
