- Minimum 2-4years of experience in content development, digital media, journalism, political content, news platforms, or brand content creation.
- Research, develop, and create high-quality content on politics, current affairs, public policy, governance, social issues, business trends, and breaking news.
- Plan, script, and execute engaging storytelling-based videos, news explainers, documentaries, podcasts, and short-form content for digital platforms.
- Create compelling brand content, branded campaigns, promotional videos, product storytelling, and brand reels aligned with marketing and business objectives.
- Monitor daily news cycles, political developments, viral trends, and audience interests to produce timely and relevant content.
- Write and edit scripts for YouTube videos, Instagram Reels, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and other social media platforms.
- Conduct fact-checking, research, and data analysis to ensure content accuracy, credibility, and editorial quality.
- Develop creative content strategies that increase audience engagement, brand awareness, subscriber growth, and social media reach.
- Collaborate with video editors, graphic designers, marketing teams, influencers,



and stakeholders to deliver high-quality multimedia content.
- Create content calendars and manage end-to-end content production, from ideation and scripting to publishing and performance tracking.
- Produce and oversee brand reels, social media campaigns, political commentary videos, current affairs explainers, interview-based content, and corporate storytelling projects.
- Analyze content performance using analytics tools and implement improvements to maximize views, watch time, engagement, and conversions.
- Stay updated with industry trends, platform algorithms, content marketing strategies, AI tools, and emerging digital media formats.
- Robust knowledge of Indian and global politics, current affairs, social issues, and digital media trends.
- Experience in scriptwriting, storytelling, content strategy, social media management, and brand communication.
- Proven experience creating brand reels, promotional campaigns, news explainers, political content, and viral short-form videos.
- Excellent communication, research, analytical, and creative storytelling skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
